Refund policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our products beyond the point of sale. If you have purchased shipping protection insurance with your order and it is lost it will be 100% protected, replaced and/or refunded at your convenience.  Due to the consumable category of our products, all refunds on uninsured orders are approved and issued without shipping fees on a case by case basis and can take up to 14 days to process.  We are happy to process credits or ship alternate items without return shipping within 14 days of purchase.  For hygiene reasons, we do not accept used items.  We strongly recommend carefully reading our product descriptions and ingredients before finalizing your purchase. Once requested and approved, please allow 14 days for monetary refunds to process.Thank you. 

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact team@butterbykeba.com or 347-674-3638.
