Citruese Body Butter & Cream Duo

A crisp citrus blend of sweet orange (energizing), pink grapefruit (stimulating) and lemon verbena essential oils paired with notes of dewy cedarwood. This blend is crisp and clean. It is citrusy, but not too bitter or lemon-like, and has a green backdrop that is slightly masculine but not metallic. Citruese was created for the early riser who has their day planned and wants to smell ready for it. Our Citruese blend comes in our hero body butter, ultra hydrating body lotion, body salt scrub and roll-on body oil.

MCT Medium chain triglycerides (organic), Lemon Verbena, JUNIPERUS VIRGINIANA OIL, FERULA GALBANIFLUA (GALBANUM) RESIN OIL, CITRUS LIMON (LEMON) PEEL OIL, Grapefruit, Sweet Orange.

The aforementioned essential oils contain the following in their natural compositions Linalool, Limonene, Citral, Geraniol. The aforementioned fragrant molecules are also found in our phthalate free fragrance compositions. Our formulas consist of 0.5%-1.5% fragrance.

All fragrance formulations are diluted and pre-blended in MCT (Medium-chain triglycerides derived from coconut/palm oils) using aromatherapeutic guidelines.

What are the Best Practices for a longer shelf life?

This product will liquify in extreme heat, 90+ degree temperature. We recommend refrigeration before use during very hot summer months. In addition, sometimes if an all natural product consisting of mostly shea butter or other plant fats is placed in two different extreme environments (hot or cold) causing it to melt or hardened the fatty acids and/or flower wax component may harden faster than the rest of the contents creating a grainy-like texture. To fix this Carefully melt to liquid by placing jar in bowl of hot water or microwave on low for 30-40 secs, then stir (check to make sure jar does not melt). Lastly, cool before placing in the refrigerator to solidify again. The butter will return to its original smooth buttery texture.

Our premium body butters are paraben free made from Shea, which is oil rich in fats derived from the karite tree and known to be an ultra skin softening moisturizer. The texture of our butters are like real butter that melts right into the skin.

It work wonders for the feet as well as locks in moisture for the entire body when used fresh out of the shower.

Shea butter is known to be nourishing, promotes elasticity and moisturizes.

Our butters are stirred into a smooth balm that melts into the skin like butter on warm bread leaving it soft, supple but never greasy.
We add plant based oils of grape seed, rice bran oil and candelilla wax to make the butter more soluble. Grape seed & Rice bran oils are known to be a wonderful skin foods.

Candelilla wax contributes shine and functions as a fast-absorbing emollient , as well as nourishing conditioner and is reputed to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
