Step 1: Apply nail/cuticle oil to the cuticle and rim of nail bed.

Step 2: Dampen fingers and push cuticles and rims of nail beds back.

Step 3: Apply small scoops of scrub in damp hands and rub together.

Step 4: Rinse hands, blot dry and apply dime size scoop or hand butter then slip hands in gloves.
